If you’re not the type of person who likes to workout or you just find certain fitness programs to be too much for you; you may want to consider starting small and progress into your fitness journey. Here’s a tip to get you fit and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Start walking at least 4 times a week.

Increases “feel good” hormones- decreases depression

Decreases body fat.

When people think of cardio, usually the first thing that comes to mind is running, jumping jacks, jump roping, etc. Walking is low impact and is a sure way to get you moving and in better shape without the intimidating  heavy-breathing & air-gasping component. Remember, walking is for everyone and anyone who’s willing to do it.
