Water will naturally suppress your appetite. The brain can not tell the difference between being hungry or being thirsty, sometimes you may feel hungry but you are actually thirsty; this is often a contributor to weight gain. Water also keeps the muscles lubricated, decreasing the chances of injury when exercising.

Remember the body is made up of water so when you put good in you only get good out!
