2. Try adding more fiber to your diet.

-Examples of fiber

Oatmeal, Fruits & vegetables, and Whole-grains (don’t confuse this with multigrain; multigrain is just a term meaning processed carbs).

Decreases fat absorbtion

Decreases your appetite

Lowers your cholesterol

Fiber will keep you feeling full so you can go long periods of time without eating while keeping your energy level up. Try eating fiber 1 to 2 hours before a workout, it will give you a longer blast of energy which will help you workout longer and more effectively producing faster weight loss.
