The newest movie from award winning director Quentin Tarantino. Starring Oscar winning actors Jamie Foxx and Leonardo DiCaprio along with Christopher Waltz and Kerry Washington. The story focuses on a slave who is free’d by a bounty hunter who needs his assistance.
He needs Django to be his sidekick because he knows the faces of several brother who have a high bounty on their heads. He promises Django (Foxx) his freedom and that he will help him free his wife from a brutal Mississippi plantation owner if he agrees to help him. Tarantino known for his quarky yet captivating directing style wrote the screenplay and has the backing of the Weinstein brothers as producers. The film looks very promising with a December 25th release date. I am a huge fan of Tarantino “revenge” themed films and this one looks like it has the potential to be a classic.
