Jay-Z returned to Brooklyn in style with a sea of fans watching and recording and taking pictures of his every move as he boarded the Canal Street train station and took the R train to the Barclay Center for his 8th performance. He took the common R train I guess as a reminder of how far he as come in life. Jay took the time to take pics and even have brief conversation with some of this fans who were in awe to see him. He was escorted by plain clothes NYPD police officers and his own security detail as any superstar would be in a public place.

Jay got the buzz going heavy as he went to perform in front of 19,000 eager fans at the Barclay Center. This was a excellent way to open up the new arena and it was a homecoming of a sort for the “God Mc” who originates from the tough Marcy Projects.
