The third film in the Madagascar series from the studio Dreamworks will be released to theaters this coming Friday June 8th. The four zoo animals from New York voiced by Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer and Jada Pinkett Smith are still trying to find their way back home to the Big Apple.
In this particular installment the zoo gang gets caught up in a traveling circus in Monte Carlo and from there they embark on a wild adventure traveling through to several European cities. This franchise has been a top performer every time at the box office with the first and second film generating 532 million and 600 million respectively. With those type of numbers and strong Dvd sales of the each film it is very likely that these zoo animals will never find their way back home– but that’s alright because it will generate several more movie adventures. Don’t be surprised if Madagascar has more sequels than Harry Potter.
