The key is to consume low fat dairy such as skim milk, reduced fat cheese, yogurt, etc. Dairy is also filled with vitamin D, which helps with the absorption of calcium in the bones. Although ice cream is good, it does not fall into the “good dairy” category; so don’t cheat yourself when looking for a tasty snack.
